Medication Reordering Service

As you must be aware Pharmacies can no longer order your repeat prescriptions from the GP surgeries because there is no robust check to stop unwanted medication being stockpiled.

Christchurch Cares can schedule monthly home visits to you or your relative(s) one week before you are due a new supply of medication to provide the following:

  • Monthly Medication Audit in patient’s home
  • Removal and Destruction of unused medication
  • Reordering of medication direct from your Surgery

All Care Workers are DBS checked.
