Travel /Non-Travel Vaccination Service (GP Remote Consultation → Pharmacist Administration)

This Patient Specific Direction (PSD) is issued following a remote GP travel health consultation and authorises a Registered Pharmacist to administer the specified travel vaccine(s) to the named patient.
This PSD must be used in conjunction with the SOP: “Administration of Travel Vaccinations by a Pharmacist Following Remote GP Consultation”
