Meet Annabelle

‘The Mindful Diet Coach’

Hi, I’m Annabelle. I run a Braintree-based business as a lifestyle coach and nutritional mentor, with full qualifications and insurances in Exercise & Personal Training and Nutrition. I am also a Master Practitioner in NLP* and a certified Transformation Coach.

I’m not your typical health coach.

I trained in my early 30s after going through my own significant weight loss journey (-5 stone). Before that, I spent much of my life struggling with exercise and healthy eating, working in the corporate world, and relying on quick fixes like crash diets and diet pills.

I had a complex and emotional relationship with food. Through my own journey, I developed a deep understanding of the psychological, emotional, and even addictive behaviours around eating. This led me to pursue professional training so I could help others overcome the same challenges.

Hi, I’m Alison.

After having my children, I gained a significant amount of weight and knew I needed to make a change. In January 1992, I joined my local Weight Watchers group, where I learnt the importance of lifestyle changes, portion control, and becoming more mindful of habits such as snacking.

This journey led to me losing 4 stone, which I have successfully maintained ever since.

I have over 35 years of experience in the weight loss industry as a coach and mentor.

In June 2021, I opened my own independent weight loss support groups, driven by a passion to help others become the best version of themselves.
