You can’t use the 24-hour collection point if:

1. Your order includes certain medicines
   • Controlled drugs (strongly regulated medications)
   • Fridge items (medicines that must be kept cold)

   👉 These require special handling, so you must collect them in person inside.

2. The pharmacy or GP needs to speak with you
   • If there’s something important about your prescription (e.g., instructions, safety checks, or questions)

   👉 You’ll need to come inside so they can talk to you directly.
