Agreement to deduct from pay

I confirm that I agree to have the above outlined monthly cost of employer accommodation deducted directly from my pay on an ongoing basis from the point of me entering the accommodation until such time that I, for any reason, vacate or are required to vacate the premises.

Deductions will be made in line with National Minimum Wage legislation, including ‘accommodation offset rates’.

I understand that this is a relevant provision of my contract and that if insufficient remuneration is due to me from my employer, civil court action may be taken to recover any outstanding debt.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with a copy of the employment contract issued to you.
